iManage Implementation Partner Cloud Onboarding Certification

iManage Partners are technical third parties who provide sophisticated professional services and systems integration for customers leading complex iManage implementation projects and data migrations. The iManage Implementation Partner Cloud Onboarding Certification program consists of 3 certification courses, each targeted at a different iManage Partner persona to upskill for onboarding projects to Cloud iManage: Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Specialists.

I worked on all three certifications from the needs analysis phase, through design and development to delivery. This involved extensive collaboration with SMEs and project stakeholders including the Curriculum Development team, Technical Engineers, Professional Services, Product, User Experience, and Customer Success.

Below are screen recordings of small excerpts of the Universal API module of the certification for Technical Specialists. It was storyboarded in Microsoft OneNote and developed in Articulate Storyline and released in early 2022.
