useiManage is built on the Learning Management System called TalentLMS.
I create branches for each of our customers, update and create users, and publish content.
In 2021, I redesigned the way the content is organized and distributed so that the files could be searchable.
Instead of having to sit through an hour long training, users can now find answers to their training questions, making the LMS also function as a help database.
This project is what inspired me to pursue an MLIS degree in digital search usability.

A learning platform is nothing without learners.
In addition to the technical aspects of managing useiManage, I am responsible for the adoption of the program. Through customer calls and feedback sessions, I listen to user pain points with empathy and find solutions to increase adoption of the program. I also gather data and reports to make sure that adoption of our training means adoption of our software producs as a whole.

When I began my journey at iManage, I started as a curriculum developer who was responsible for creating and designing the courseware that is in the learning platform.
While I still get to do creative development, as I have grown in my career, I now also edit and oversee our junior curriculum developers to make sure our content is engaging and always up to date.
