● Designed, created, and launched our Partner Cloud Onboarding certification for three separate audiences: engineering and technical administrators, business analysts, and project managers as part of our learning product roadmap. These certifications help partner organizations prepare for migrating to iManage Cloud using the Universal API. Through collaboration with the Curriculum Development team, Technical Engineers, User Experience, and Customer Success, I worked on every stage of development within the ADDIE process
